       A few days ago, the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology issued the "Announcement on the General Evaluation Results of the 2023 Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Award", and the "R&D and Industrialization of Semiconductor Material Precision Processing Equipment" project declared by Yutian County Tangshan Jingyu Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded the third prize of Hebei Science and Technology Progress Award.

It is understood that as a semiconductor market in China, the demand for semiconductor materials will also be released, among which the large size and thinning of silicon wafers is a major trend in the development of semiconductor materials. The award-winning project innovatively developed the workpiece positioning method, the horizontal position adjustment of the worktable and the 90° rotation to realize the positioning of the cut semiconductor blank, and through the innovative research and development of the four-axis double-station and the guide wheel position adjustment device, the stability of the tension of the wire network during high-speed operation is ensured, so as to improve the surface quality and processing efficiency of large-size and thin-slice semiconductor materials.
