This equipment is an auxiliary equipment for the processing of magnetic materials by multi-wire cutting machine, which can effectively separate the magnetic powder (magnetic mud) in the cutting fluid, strengthen the performance of the cutting fluid, improve the surface quality of the workpiece, and improve the processing efficiency of the equipment.

1. This equipment can be used in conjunction with multi-wire cutting machines to achieve online magnetic mud separation during the process, and can also separate magnetic powder in oily or aqueous cutting fluids;

2. The multi-stage scraper, motor speed and rubber roller pressure can be adjusted, and can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the cutting fluid to ensure that the separated magnetic mud can meet customer requirements

3. The equipment is equipped with an overflow structure to prevent the occurrence of excessive changes in the cutting fluid flow rate to the separation effect and the safety of the equipment;

4. The magnetic mud scraper is made of pure copper. After the preliminary grinding with the stainless steel magnetic knitting cylinder, it can be well fitted with the surface of the magnetic knitting cylinder to ensure that all the separated magnetic mud is discharged;

5. The equipment is separated into two types: unipolar (CF501) and bipolar (CF502), users can choose according to their own conditions.
