Multi-wire cutting technology is a new type of cutting processing method that simultaneously cuts hard and brittle materials into hundreds of thin slices at a time through the high-speed reciprocating motion of the steel wire. The original process uses wire EDM machine tools for single-piece cutting, and the cutting efficiency is low.

It can realize simultaneous processing of 200-300 wires, which greatly improves the cutting efficiency. The processing efficiency of a single device exceeds 100-150 wire EDM machine tools, and the surface finish of the cut product is high and the dimensional accuracy is improved.
